Auckland guided food tour.

NZD 185.00 pp.    9:30 am to 1:30 pm – Maximum: 8 people Minimum: 2 people.   On this driven tour you visit everywhere from Auckland Fish Market, the shops the chefs going shopping, chocolatiers, cafes, artisan producers and much much more.  The tour takes in the sights and sound of the vibrant Auckland region while you learn about the architecture, culture and character that makes up this exciting city.   Experienced, passionate and fun tour guides will give you a morning you will thoroughly enjoy!   The Tour is driven (so you can sit back and relax) and takes four hours.

Bush and Beach tour.

NZD 150.00 pp.    About 12 noon to about 5.30 pm – No minimum and no maximum number of people. Auckland’s award winning tour company takes you on a half day guided nature tour to Auckland’s wild, black sand beaches and lush rainforest. Auckland’s coastal rainforest and the Waitakere Ranges are only 30 kilometres from downtown Auckland. In just 30 minutes you leave behind the bustle of the city and step into the tranquillity of the rainforest. Our experienced guides unfold the story of the forest that covers this land with its unique flora and fauna.

Travel to the Arataki Centre perched high on the ridge of the Waitakere Ranges and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the Manukau Harbour on the Tasman Sea to the sparkling Waitemata Harbour on the Pacific Ocean. Learn about the magnificent, traditional Maori carvings that stand guard there.

Continue on to the lush rainforest where you walk the easy bush tracks among giant tree ferns growing alongside picturesque streams.

View New Zealand’s famous kauri trees before you move on to experience the power of the wild and rugged west coast. Feel the black sand beach of Piha beneath your feet as you stroll along one of the most awe-inspiring beaches the world has to offer on this Auckland eco tour.

During the afternoon we also include a New Zealand style afternoon tea including Anzac biscuits and tea and coffee or juice.

Waiheke Island tour – full day.

Located 40 minutes by ferry from downtown Auckland Waiheke Island is home to about 9,000 people along with over 35 vineyards, olive groves, kilometres of fabulous white sand beaches, stunning scenery, dozens of artists and crafts people, great dining options etc.    Ideas of things to do on Waiheke Island include wine tasting, olive oil tasting, visit to a shoe maker, visit to a jeweller, walk on a beautiful white sand beach etc.    Per person costs depend on what is included on Waiheke Island.  Contact Sharron for great ideas for a visit to Waiheke Island.
